Some pictures from Moab

Awww...

Luke and Dylan loving the sunshine

Izzy started off hiking by doing leaps and pirouettes up the trail. Luke told her to slow down, but she didn't listen. When we caught up to her, she looked a little purple and wasn't feeling so well. After some water and dried fruit, she perked back up. However, she decided to walk, not twirl the rest of the way.

Awesome

Moab was tons of fun! Luke and Mark are both rock stars, and I am so proud of them. They both did a great job. I haven't posted since we got home because our computer got a nasty virus and crashed. Thank heavens for smart people like my brother-in-law Tyler, who fixed it. Tyler, we owe you!! Anyway, here's a photo of us at the Delicate Arch. I have seen pictures, but it was so amazing to actually stand underneath it. If you look close, we're standing at the base of the arch on the right side. More photos to come!

Countdown

Next week at this time, we will be in Moab. We are so excited to camp and hang out with some of our favorite people. I think it is supposed to be about 70 degrees! Luke and Mark have been working really hard to get ready for the half marathon, and we can't wait to see them cross the finish line. We also get to hike to the delicate arch, which is something we have always wanted to do. It's just going to be fun to get away for a weekend!

Pizza Night

Thanks to Fred and Kelly for inviting us to pizza night. We had a blast! Izzy and Dylan posed for a new picture, so I thought I'd post it. They are getting so big--time seems to be flying by!

Thanks, Auntie Em!

Is that a scary fire breathing dragon I see?

Nope. Just a snuggly little boy who is sweating to death in his new costume and loving every minute of it.

Joe Photo

Dylan borrowed my camera the other night and did a little self-photography. There were many pictures to choose from, but here are three of my favorites:

Shaking His Sugar

While I am teaching dance, Izzy and Dylan get to go to the "Kid's Club". I can see them from my studio, which is really nice. Depending on the day, they can do cooking classes, rock climbing, art projects, etc. I recorded the kids during "Kid's Fit", which is a class where they stretch their muscles, exercise, and play games like dodgeball and car lot. It is so good for them. I had to laugh at Dylan. He's half the size of everyone, but he's shaking it pretty well. And, if you watch closely, he is putting forth very little effort at the end until he notices that I'm filming, then suddenly his knees get higher. Funny.
